  • First day on slin, take a look

    This is my first day with slin, started at 4iu (humalinR) and will bump by 2iu Every day(only post wokrout)

    This is my day, please give advice or say if it looks ok or whatever

    breakfast:

    140g tuna (35g protein)
    100g oatmeal (13g protein, 55g carbs, 7g fat)
    10g omega3 fat
    Rye bread 20g carbs

    meal 2

    30g Whey, 10g omega3 fat

    meal 3
    1½ hours pre workout:
    90g carbs(slow), 40g protein, low fat(3g)

    Post workout(4iu slin):
    35g Dex.
    45g Whey isolate
    15g L-glutamin
    10g creatin

    1 hour later
    70g carbs from rice
    25g carbs from oatmeal
    35g protein from fish
    and a shake with whey(20g protein)
    no fat

    2 hours later
    40g carbs from rice and 30g from oatmeal
    40g protein from eggs and fish
    no fat

    2 hour later(5hours post slin injection..therefor I bump fat a bit)
    60g carbs from oatmneal(also 7g fat in this), low glycemic
    3g omega3 fat(total of 10g fat in this meal)
    40g protein from fish

    2 hours later 20g carbs low glycemic
    30g protein

    1½ hours later before bed
    2.5g omega3 fat
    45-50g protein from fish


    Well this is for BULK and I'm also using (started today) winny 50mg ED and prop 100mg ED(did 200mg today)
    also arimidex 0.5mg ED

    What do you say? I do not wish to eat to less as this is for mass..

      Stay awake for the 3 hrs after your post/shot. Not a big fan at all of slin, seen too much crazy shit. Based on your diet sched. you seem like youv'e done some research. Be safe bro.

        Well yes I have almost all the time in the worls, well almost I have to take a shit sometimes too

        I take my slin shot around 01-03 PM so I will have all day to eat and not sleap. I get to bed around 8-10 hours post my slin shot.

        I like working oput in the morning,then I can eat all day

          wait

          with that amount of carbs post workout that guy could shot 50 units of insulin and probably get away with it. i think it's a little overkill personlly... but it's always better to error on the side of caution. just hope you add the right kind of mass with all those carbs.

            after your rice meal with 70g of carbs, you can lower your carbs.

              well the hole day would be about 450g carbs - 500g or so. Protein about 400grams and fat about 30grams per day
              that is about 270 + 2000 + 1600 3800cals per day, with a BW of 190 low fat. So you are saying I actually could eat less than what I would need to stay at the same BW and still gain mass..just to take protein and carbs as I should, post workout and for the next 2 meals?

              I just love carbs, nice oatmeal, bread and so on. I rather lower fat to 10g per day, but I guess that would make one gain less muscle in the long term.

              Note this diet 3800cals(maximum) is on workout days, non workout days I eat a hole less carbs and bump fat up to about 100grams, 1/3 from fishoil.

                  i agree i take 10-15 ius post workout and I dont eat much over 100g of carbs after. I drink a shake to get that. then two hours later I eat a chicken breast and can of green beans

                    450-500g of carbs is a lot, too many carbs will make you fat, just as much as fat while the slin is active will
