i followed the instructions and at the end before filtering it, there seems to be nothing settling at the bottom, its all mustard yellow with a little red at the top! what the hell is going on?

so you dissolved the pellets in the solution and you are saying that nothing settled to the bottom. strange. are you pellets gone? this doesn't sound right

if something did settle i cant see it because the color is too dark

you might do better with the link that johnny gave you but when I made mine you crush the pellets put them in solution, heat them for a bit and then let them sit overnight. then you should see a dark yellow on top and a substrate on the bottom consisting of all the extra crap is should be hard and almost solid. but you should be able to see it. not sure what else to tell you unless we could see a picture of what you did.

i took it off the heat and beginnig to see a separation, i was thinking of letting it sit overnight, do i heat before putting it through the watman filter tomorrow?

No, you don't have to heat it untill the end when you have the finished product, the heating is for sterilizing. Sounds like you have dissolved pellets that need to be filtered once through a coffee filter then your next step is to use your wat/filter that is your finished prod. Sterilize w/heat if you want and do your first shot. Color can vary from gold yellow to orange yellow. Look for these swirls when you are done. That is your product blending w/the oil.

oh yeah I forgot that some people use the coffee filter first before the w filter, which in that case you would have none of the crap in it.

I have tried to rush it an skip the coffee filter and just clogs your wat/filter too quick.

How exactly is the coffee filter used to filter before using the wat filter?

Mine looked the same way bro. I let it sit overnight and the next morning it looked exactly like all the pictures.

I've been using it for 3 weeks now w/no problems at all.
