How much strenght that u gained during your cycle do you keep?

I've only done one cycle (just started my second)...
I actually kept a lot of the strength I gained the first time around. I'd say 60% or so if I had to attach a figure to it.
I think anyone that says they kept all their strength (unless it was a mild cycle consisting of the likes of anavar, winny, primo, etc) isn't being totally honest. You're gonna lose some strength and weight simply because you don't have all those extra androgens circulating in your system anymore.

I think it all depends on your discipline, knowledge, etc. If you're squatting til' your legs feel like they can't handle any more while you're on your cycle, then get off and say "uh oh, time to ease up", then swap squats out to leg press and don't even get yourself breathing hard while doing it... yes, of course you're gonna loose almost all your results. I've had a cycle where I've lost almost all of it and I've had two where I kept about half of what I gained. My last cycle I kept most of my gains. The key? Like some of the other guys have said, the right post cycle training and loading your system with the right post cycle drugs.VINI VIDI VICI
