Ok I'm starting my "slin/winny/prop short cyucle for 2½ weeks today. Will be using 2iu slin post workout and then 4 next workout going up to 10 and staying there. I thought I start low and increase. Also 10g carbs dextros per iu.
Anyway how do you eat while on slin?
I thiought I would stop fat intake about 3 hours before my workout and go for 100g pre workout, 10g per iu post with 60g protein from whey + tuna and eggwhites.
One hour later 50g protein + 80g slow carbs as parboiled rice
2 hours later 60g carbs(slow GI)/protein 50g meal, no fat.
Ansd last meal 60g carbs slow GI, 10g fat and 60g protein.
What do you say?
Fierst meal in the morning = 15g omega3
80g carbs + 50g protein
next meal 10g omega3 oil + 30g protein
