  • New cycle/Protein

    I'm preparing for a new cycle and i want the most from it, of course.So i'm looking for some great protein.I just checked out the proteinfactory.com. What a great website!!!!However i'm more confused now than before.Alot of options there.I need a quality protein mix,great taste and and moderate cost.I'm 6'7'' 265lbs and i'm looking at adding 20lbs (mostly muscle)from this upcoming cycle.Any recommended mixes or blends and recommended flavors?I prefer vanilla or fruit flavors over choc.peace

    Try proteincustomizer.com, much more reliable and better choices.....

    20lbs of muscle, what are you running and how long are you running it? Are you looking for something post workout? As a meal replacement? or a night time formula?

      I use interactive whey banana or strawberry. I get it for cost so I have to use their product. It is really good though. Try vanilla blueberrys and milk. Soooo good.

          Works well for me when I cut, on days I 'carb up' Ill add a little oatmeal.

            You can substitute the water for milk to make the digestion slower, but you're adding lactose, which isnt too great when cutting. I dont have a problem losing fat, so I use water on occasion and I'll add in low fat, low sodium cottage cheese if I have it before bed. But for breakfast, water will be fine since you've been fasting all night. If you can get a low carb protein powder thats not whey and dont have to sell your second car to pay for it, that'd be clutch.

                Taste doen't bother me at all with H20. I don't even think about it. Doesn't taste great but if I wanted taste I wouldn't be drinking a shake. I'd cook up a Steak. Now were talking Taste!

                  I'm doing a 12 week cycle.
                  wk 1-4 ddol 50 mg ed
                  wk1-10 equi 400 mg
                  wk 1-10 sust 750 mg
                  wk 10-13 test prop 75 mg ed
                  wk 10-13 winny 50 mg ed clomid in the end.
                  How 's this cycle look?I'm 6'7'' 265 lbs on my 3rd cycle.It's been 5 months since my last cycle.Been lifting for 10 years.Very skinny in the beginning.Hard gainer for muscle.I pretty much need a protein for extra protein in between meals, maybe some extra calories.All help greatly appreciated.

                    YUK!!! Strawberry PB.... I think thats only good in a PBJ sandwich... Try a choc or vannilla flavor or even banana.

                      what a coinkyding joe mama,, im running the same 2nd cycle exept 600mg of eq a week and 750mg of sust, jumped w/dbol and ending in winny. Looks like were on the same page exept mine dont start till end of august

                          I would throw out the test prop and run Sust until week 12. What did your last cycle look like?

                              I go with all Whey. I can usually get a 5 lb jug of Designer for $25. It is probably not the Best but it is at least above average. For 25 I don't think you can beat it. I have also read that SOY can help with Thyroid so if you are cutting you might want to include some Soy protein also.
