    try to lower your carbs at least 6 hours before bed time and increase your fat intake like flax or olive oil in those times of the day it would be 1 gram of fat to 2 carbs you dump. try that it worked for me.

      Ill try to dig it up, but i belive unaromatizable androgens can cause water retention.

        Im taking 2 grams of EFAs(flax, sunflower) with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Is that enough?? And i never eat carbs after 6pm. Only protein, meat, and vegetables.

          I have the same problem, but its been bloated before my cycle. In some, I think it might genitic. But I found when I went out with buddies and drank 7 or more beers the next morning my stomach went down? Go figure.

            all it is......the stomach is stretched out from eating lots of food.

            fasting will make it go down

              same here... i'm starting week 6 enan and eq, and my stomack is huGe... i was taking 10mg nolva from the begining on so i don't think it's from the water bloat that much...

                yes restricting carbs at night and replacing w/ flax oil and meal help and yes fasting helps some too. however, i have come to the conclusion that it's genetic. i'm white, and as my whole body grows in mass so have my abdominals. i do not train them, they stay fairly lean, but have definitely grown in proportion to my other muscles. my stomach sticks out when i'm off. i hate it. lucky blacks guys don't seem to suffer from this. the only other thing could be visceral fat storage - which is also genetic and hard to get rid of and also an indicator for heart disease and insulin resistance

                      im off cycle right now and i dont really have it i too got it when i was on eq, i really didnt get it on test as much as eq but maybe its cause eq makes ur heart pour out tons of blood, and maybe it could be a blood pressure issue cause i was on eq for a while and my blood pressure rose drastically. But i came off and now im fine. PCT sucks tho i hate it if i could id be on juice till i was dead, but if i didnt get a$$ on a continual basis i would start humping the wall. LMAO-We need some info on this subject , i mean serious how do the pros keep theyre stomach in i know most of them have bloated stomachs but they take mad doses of mad shiat. Look at jay cutler he doesnt have it that bad at all. What does he do? I m rambling now -ill shut up!

                        Are you sure its not just your eating man? I still have to eat pretty clean, I cheat once a week and thats it. Otherwise seriously I can add 1/2"-3/4" on my waist in ONE DAY, no lie. I measure in the mornings so its not just "bloat" its f'ing fat.
