    I'm already planning on getting some for post cycle.

    Maybe some creatine, a little slin, and 50mcg of IGF1r3 per day.

      LOL, ok ok I'm back mofo's

      I've ended this phase after 3 weeks.
      The reason, most study's done have said max a month, gains subside around then. Well I feel that by taking another 3 weeks off at least that I will get results again by cycling on and off. I have gained some good lean muscle and cut some bodyfat. I hope that it will do the same again. The pumps have subsided, even on the chest work out on Day 18, I really didnt' get anything, maybe cuz of my diet now. So I will try this.

        so over all how much lbm did you put on and how much bf did you loose?

          I lost quite a bit of fat and my weight has stayed the same. I look bigger though, thats the funny thing. When ur dieting u look a little smaller when wearing clothes lol, but I don't. The IGF has put on I'd say about 5 pounds of pure muscle. Which to my frame is alot.

                Thanks for sharing your experience with us, bro. I was wondering if you'd care to explain what you did as your injection technique? I mean if you could walk us through how you mixed the substance with BA through to the point where you injected and by what method. As you look back on these past 3 weeks or so, what would you have done differently in the use of your IGF?

                  I'm going to be starting my first IGF R1 cycle tom. I have read conflicting reports as to whether or not to split the doses. I am planniing on taking about 40-50 mcg per day. What is everyones opinion who has used this as far as the best doseages and timing.

                    Take a shot in the morning bro, you'll notice it cuz ur body has been starvin for like 8 hours with no fuel. You'll feel nicely pumped throughout the morning and early day time
