When im cold my nipples are nice and hard but most of the time they go soft and fluffy?

any suggestions to fix this?

its just excess fat and water retention...dips,decline bench and running really help out

wow bro i thought i was the only one! lol, seriously though i have the same prob i'm gettin stricter on my diet and also doing more cardio, i'm going to ask my doctor if he can give me sumthing to burn sum water retention off

Just act like you are scratching your chest and pinch them real hard, that will hold for a while. LOL

If your sure its not gyno, its pretty common like badboy was saying, fat and water no biggie. I have alway been a believer too, that you can shape and harden your chest by the exercises you do. Add some mass to tighten and shape and if its gyno, no biggie either, get it removed, you'll make up the money on not buying Nolvadex.

well i'll let u guys know what it is tomorrow cuz i'm makin an app with the doctor cuz no matter what i do i cant get them to not b like puffy when not hard, i doubt its gyno though cuz my nips lol have never had any pain or icthyness but we'll c
