  • One dowm

    I had some heath issues that didn't allow me to do much. I did train but haphazardly and I wasn't into it can only do so much. I'm the type of person has to either go all out and get my diet or out go all out and everything or just don't do it at all cuz I can't do something halfway anyway today is the day that I went back seriously and I decided look I've been okay for about a month I moved into a new place and I figured today was a perfect day. I'm starting this is going to be an 8-week thing and I'm going to train as my body can take it because I just turned 51 actually my birthday was yesterday March 13th or today it's not midnight yet. So I have to take it slow I found when I came back last time I was trying to work out like I did when I was 28 and it just wasn't working man It was not working so now I think I'm going to just do one body part a day like I did chess today I'm going to just do shoulders tomorrow I'm just going to do triceps Wednesday back Thursday biceps Friday I'll take off Saturday and I'll mess with my legs on Sunday. That way I don't start feeling exhausted during my workout and I'm not totally shot after it I'm not in the best of cardiovascular shape and I'm getting older so I guess that's what it is.
    I really wanted to set up a log for this run that's going to be long, it's the first time I've tried GH, I'm mixing it with insulin and some T3 it might be an interesting psycho for people to follow The problem is my post get denied if there are certain length I'm wondering if this is going to get denied.

    I know it's a concern for most it isnt for me thank God.

    The anabolics I'm using are:
    TEST E 625 MGS
    TREN A 100 MGD MON,
    NPP 100 MOM, WED, FRI
    ANADROL 50 mgs day
    NOVELDEX 10 mgs a day
    HGH 4 IUs I dodrb 4 Ius looks like it's done
