    Hi mates;

    My interest is to lose body fat and gain some lean muscle. No matter if muscle gains are not huge, the imporance is to look lean!! I am 5"8 and been on training for 2 years now! My body fat is 15%. I started dieting this week (low calories and carbs)
    Can somone suggest any comments about this cyle for summer.

    Here it is :

    1st : 2 D / 1 S
    2nd: 2 D / 1 S
    3rd: 3 D / 1 S
    4th: 3 D / 1 S
    5th: 3 D/ 1 S / 1 W*
    6th: 3 D/ 1 S / 1 W*
    7th: 2 D / 1 S / 1 W*/
    8th: 2D / 1S / 1 W*/ HCG / 1C (ed)
    9th: HCG / 1C (ed)

    Remarks: 'D' means Deca (100mg)
    'S' means Sustanon
    'W' means Winstrol (50mg)
    '*' means Mon/ Wed/ Fri
    'c' Clomid (50mcg)

    Note also that I'm going to take 2 pills stim and trim every day except on sundays!!

    What do you think???

      how many mg's sus are you taking?? also it's gonna be your diet and cardio that really decide how much body fat you'll lose while on. also if it was me id run EQ instead of deca, just my preference though. i love like being vascular

        Thanks bro. Bit of problem. I agree with you about eq instead f deca, but it's difficult here to find good eq
