That looks like it will get the injection under the skin but I don't think it will inject deep enough to go intramuscular.

It’s probably great for the hospital and for patients that are afraid of needles, although the ironic thing is that it probably hurts a lot more than a needle.

Also, it only has a capacity of 1ml, and my smallest inject is usually 2ml.

I can just see myself now, I ran out of CO2 and I’m in the garage trying to figure out a way to hook it up to my air compressor. LOL

I looked into this 2 years ago. Cost $600 then, needs a special license and special cartridges that must be preloaded. Don't know if it'll do oil-based either, though it will do water-based AND will go IM at least. It'll hurt too, very fast injection, C02 powered, OUCH! You ever get access to one, let me know and I'll guinea pig it, till then I'm sticking, pun intended, to my cold hard steel.

I've seen some "similar" to that..........but it was for insulin injections.

It kinda looks like an epinephrine pin but it stated you can use it more than once.


I'd just stick to the regular method for now...........
