I'll 3rd that Any time you increase androgen level, you tend to increase fat-loss, that's been medically proven and posted many times. Also, again, the increased muscle mass provides increased BMR, which burns more calories. So there certainly is a measure of truth to the "roids make you ripped" idea, but diet/cardio is still the key

If you wanna be ripped DIET AND CARDIO...are the key....I agree with the others here...but the increase in BRM is very limited unless you are putting on 20lbs+ [and too do this your diet is not at the right caloric intake to burn fat]
