I would still give the same amount of time off, I just wont take a chance in getting fatigued like I have before, it sucks and you just come crashing down, it's also being greedy and not letting your body recover no matter if your on gear or not...

      3 legs
      4 repeat 1
      5 repeat 2
      6 repeat 3
      7 off

Maybe too much don't want to over do it but I thought while on it speeds up your recovery so you can hit each bodypart twice in a week.
no bro dont use that workout going six days on udont want to workout every bodypart twice b4 a rest day ull seriously overtrain

I hear yah, but I was just considering a short duration for maybe 10 weeks tops while you are on as opposed to off. Before i ever did a cycle I followed that routine for 10 weeks and got great results. Right now i have been doing each bodypart once per week off gear. Since i am about to start i was considering 2x per week becase A) change of routine B) gear speeding up recuperation and healing that's all......

ok, we all know that while on recovery is aided and usually quicker so......add more weight and a few more sets....

so prior to being on you worked out each body part once a week now that you are on do the same...........but realize your recovery is now quicker....well would be quicker if you were doing the same routine..........so bump up the weight and the amt. of sets and then look......

same recovery time BUT....you're doing more weights and more sets.................so that should equal better results and the desired muscle gain you were looking for
Ask yourself....why exist if you can't be the best? What is YOUR answer?

              I just started:

              Monday - Chest
              Tuesday - Biceps
              Wednesday - Legs
              Thursday - Triceps
              Friday - Back
              Saturday - Shoulders
              Sunday - Abs

              repeat...

Granted I just started this a few weeks ago, I absolutely love it. Just make sure you eat tons and get PLENTY of sleep. I get 8 hours + a midday nap

I trained six days on my first cycle (10 weeks) and by the end of it I was worn out. For my next I'm gonna train 5.

                  Biceps
                  Off
                  Shoulders
                  Legs
                  Triceps
                  Off

Do you guys spend like 5 days of the week working on your upper body and only one day on your legs?

I split my legs into two days a week: one day is front, second is back of my legs.
Beauty is only skin deep - unless you have some good muscle underneath.
                        Then it goes much deeper.
