With a prescription for test is there a need for post cycle clomid therapy ?

Well if you are on HRT then you do not come off the test... In other words there is not a post cycle...

On 1% Androgel my test levels are 500. Next time I see the doc I'm going to try and get the 1.5%, that should put me at about 700.Originally posted by rado

Clomid is not needed. If you experience occasional minor testicular shrinkage( during cycle only, unlikely on non-supraphysiological HRT doses), then a small course of HCG will be all you need. You can use clomid as the anti-e along with the HCG, but nolva would be better. But no, clomid isn't needed for your nuts if you're on HRT.Comment

If your not going to cycle I wouldn't worry about it. I'm on HRT and doing a cycle now with hcg 2 days a week at 500iu. When I finish this part of it I'll do hcg and nolva, for cosmetic reasons and if it restores some of my natural test, what little there is I'm happy.
