if 150mgs of winny is too much,I dont know if this is what is doing it ,could be the tren,test or everything else,but today my lower back feels like I got hit with a bat,and my muscles are cramping like shit,I have already had 1 gallon of water so I dont think its from lack of but my body is not feelin right today.
