I think I finally got a hold of some gear. Anyways looks promising, so now its time to get all the details right. I'm going to be doing 400mg EQ/wk and 250mg Test Enan/wk. I'll be using 200mgEQ and 125mgTest together in one injection twice a week. I'm wondering what size needle and syringe and stuff to use, i was going to order them online then realized there were so many options and didn't know which one to get....thanks

Alternating glutes should be fine. You don't have to do quads and glutes. I use 1 inch 25g for quads. 23g are a little bigger. The oil travels through the 25g slower but I think that's an advantage since I think it's good to inject nice and slow. You should buy some 18g needles as well and use them to draw the oil. Then switch needles and inject. Be sure to buy some alcohol pads also to sterilize the area you're injecting into. I do quads mostly and don't have any problems. Sit down, relax the musles, and insert the needle SLOWLY. If you start to feel pain (besides the very minor pinch of the needle breaking skin), pull out, sterilize everything again and try a slightly different spot. Don't forget to aspirate every single time.

It is a good idea to switch needles after drawing the gear, but only if you are drawing from a multi-use vial.
If you are drawing from a multi-use vial then 18g might be too big. Depending on what the vial is, an 18g might rip it up pretty good after a few passes through. I, personally, wouldn’t go any bigger than a 20g for drawing through a multi-use vial.
Also, if you are only injecting once a week, I think a 23g 1.5” is a better choice, because you can draw fairly fast with it and you can inject either fast or slow. Of course, that is just my personal preference.
