I have always spot injected and believed that it worked some what. On my past cycles i would rotate, r-glute, r-delt, l-delt, l-glute, l-claf and r-calf and rotating around usually doing ed injections of profina. I recently decided to inject in my bicepts only for a whole 10 week cycle of fine ed. I was a little nervous to shoot the bi, but i did and it was no big deal. It does sting a little more than the delt or glute, but i got use to it really quick, expecially when i saw the growth i was getting. I am finishing up my 4th week this week and i can honestly say i have added 3/4" on my bicept. Now i am not taking any anit-e's and i do have a tendency to hold water even on fina, so some of the 3/4 might be some water. I am stacking 100mg fina ed with 30mg oral-t ed. I am using a 26 gauge 1" pin and 1ml/100mg of tren. I got some info from my bro sledge and it has really worked out. What i do is flex the bicept and place a finger on the peak of the bicept. I relax my bicept and shoot at the location where my finger has designated the peak, just inside the vein. Sledge said that you can shoot either inside or outside of the vein, but all of my shots were inside the vein. On bicept days i try to take my injections after my workout so the throbbing won't be so bad. I recently ran out of my 26 gauge pins and started using 23 gauge, but i don't recomend it. The 23 stings a little more but that doesn't bother me. What bothers me about the 23 is that it leaves huge red stick marks for days. I am starting to look like i have acne on my bis. Anyway, if you haven't tried bicept injections for growth, I will assure you, you won't be dissapointed if you do. I have been trying to get these things to grow for 3 years now and finally they are taking off.
