I don't like it...
It's not enough of either. There'd be no highly androgenic steroid in there, and deca can shut you down pretty hard. If you're looking for something mild, Primo @ 400mg should yield some nice, quality gains that you could keep.
For a first cycle, I suggest just going with 400mg test cyp or enth for 10 weeks. You'd be very happy with your results. -
