when runnin a cutting cycle some poeple say u should do cardio before breakfast in AM and before goin to bed.. now at bolex they were sayin that by doin so ull loss muscle..
some sujest takin a protein shake before 45min cardio...
what do u guys think? do u guys do ur cardio in am and then workout later on that day? or u do cardio before workout?
also, do u think punchin the punchin bag and skip rope is just as good as running?
