  • How's this for a third cycle?

    Third cycle. Last cycle was completed 8 months ago. First two were deca + test e (highest dosage 400mg test e + 300mg deca). Gained a ton of strength and size. After a winter of infrequent training (very hectic life events), I'm 27, about 6ft, 220, fat enough that I don't really want to be seen at the beach, but by no means obese. I'm looking to pack on some solid, sustainable lean muscle while shedding a fair amount of fat. I'm generally a mesomorph. Here is what I am planning:
    10-12 weeks
    300 mgs/wk EQL equipoise (will have 400 mgs/ml, 10ml)
    300 mgs/wk EQL test e (will have 400 mgs/ml, 20ml)

    This cycle will be complemented by liquid clen, liquidex, liquid ********, hair stack, and finished with liquid clomid.
    Will be going very heavy in the gym, while doing a fair amount of aerobis exercise. Diet will be 3-4k, heavy on protein, low-mod in carb and fat.

    I personally would run the EQ at 600 and some clen through out the cycle and keep the diet hella clean for your goals...keep the cardio at 3-4x's a week and no more than 45-50mins, IMO anything more than that you'll start to burn more muscle than the fat...drink plenty of H2O, like 2g's a day if possibe...good luck and keep us posted, great mods on here

      Tend to agree w/Rado on that . Summer is on the way, that is not a lot o-test so you will be good there. I'm not a fan of cardio especially if you are a meso. I usually don't recomend more than 1 or 2 days p/wk on cardio. You know you, so trust your instincts. If you don't want a ton of water and want to keep your attitude nice go ahead and do some clomid after about 3 wks. 25 mg per day for about a week at a time works nice for me.

        With your description of yourself i would follow a diet like this:

        400g protein
        (50g whey isolate post workout included)
        200g low glycemic carbs
        (50g dextrose post workout included)
        100g good fats

        Try to eat the bulk of the carbs before 4pm, and the post workout shake wheneve you workout is fine, no matter what time. I woudl drop the clen, just run a good ECA or NYC. Check out my thread in the supplement section about my OTC stack, day 2 and i can almost literally see a difference in the mirror.
