i've done a few slin cycles but am still not totally sure about a few things because of what i've read. first most people start of at a low dose and say work their way up to 10iu/day, that makes sense to me but then i hear to only do it on workout days. well i only work out 3 days a week now so i think i should should take it around 5 days a week right because i don't think 3 times a week is enough?
