Nolva, 60mg ed until it subsides, than taper to 20mg.
On a side note, do a little more reserach next time, thats a poor planned cycle IMO.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

Hey Pro why exactly do you think it is a poor planned cycle. I am just curious? A buddy of mine is going to do his 2nd cycle ever and it is going to be similar. He is not looking for huge gains just a little extra edge. he wanted some feedback on his light cycle and I posted it but no one really responded. I didn't really know what to tell him. Basically he was going to do 400 mg of Deca for 10 weeks. Size and strength are not his main goals. He wanted to stay away from the testosterones because of bloat and is wooried about side effects like Gyno and Hair loss. i told him about Deca Dick and convinced him to take some Test. But he is sticking to 5 amps of SUST 250. How should he cycle in the SUST to prevent the Deca Dick? He also has 20 ml 50 mg of Winny that he is not sure he is going to use because he hears Winny is harsh on the hair. But 20 days worth of Winny won't be enough to hurt the hair will it?Comment

400mg Deca for 10 weeks isn't too bad. I think what pro was pointing out in part was the short durations of long acting steroids. I could be wrong though.
I'd layer the Deca with 2 sust a week in my opinion.
Use Nolva if you get soreness. Otherwise don't worry about it except for coming off to kick your test back into gear.Comment
