Im taking Reforvit-B, started this week. Im taking it 3 times per day at 9:00am, 6:00pm, and 11:30pm, is that cool or shoudl I take it 4 times a day. Im taking 35mgs/ed 4 weeks.

Every 4 hours like the first bro said is best but you are not going to suffer huge losses if you don't. I took three times a day and gained about 10 lbs off it.Comment

Every four hours is optimal but not necessary. You want to take it about every four hours to keep the level in your system as constant as possible (which helps gains and lowers sides). Taking it as you have suggested will still work, just not 100% as well. I would take it every four hours if youcan, but I wouldn't get worried about it if you can't.Comment
