  • Lethargic/brain fog

Ok so this used to only happen to me back when I got up to and over a gram of test (haven’t been there in a long time) but Iv been noticing after my test 250/300 shot every 5/6 days I feel tired and have brain fog for three days after my injection and I feel great for a day or two before my next shot.. Could this be estrogen or what?? 250/300mg shot shouldn’t make me feel that way so idk what’s going on.

    That’s a good question !!!
Have you, or are you running Estrogen blockers? If not , why not incorporate some and see what happens!!!
Even better, why not do bloods and really see where the issue may be!!!

Plus , if you don’t wanna go thru your Dr. go to Private MD Labs, I know there’s a discount code somewhere around here, take the panel and have Some1 read it for you.
It’ll be a fraction of the cost of you used you’re own insurance. Well Worth It !!!

No idea. It should have nothing to do with estrogen at that dose. If it's a long acting test when you take it should not make much of a difference. If you are feeling that the timing of the injection correlates with this lethargic feeling split the dose into two shots like 3 days apart.

Hey bro, try a magnesium supp. 200 mg morning and night before bed. I also take calcium 1:1 with my mag.

I use a magnesium complex with diff forms of mag. The different forms all help a little differently. Try that and see how you feel.

Try the med wellbutrin. It has a little zing to it

                          It could be simply age

As I get older I'm noticing that I react differently to a host of things gear included.

What gets me by and gets me to the gym, I'm sure many will disagree but it works for me, is Adderall.
I know it's an amphetamine but it is not nearly as strong as methamphetamine. Been using it daily for years. Have prescription, only thing that sucks is after awhile you need it, no energy without it. I think it's worth the trade off as long as I do not run out and I make sure I don't.
Wellbutrin works on the same receptors but is much milder you may want to try that. Or Monofidil.
