switching from prop to cyp

I'm taking 100mg prop e/d right now and switching to cyp in a few weeks. How much cyp every week to equal 700mg prop a week cuz the ester are dif sizes. I'm going to start my prop 2 weeks before my prop runs out also.

cyp has a long ester........you are gettting 700mgs of prop a week........in the upper 80s

700 X .87 is about it......my math decimals may be wrong
but you are getting roughly 609 grams of test a week

now with cyp it's more like .70 so you'd only get about 490mgs of test....so you could take 1000mgs of cyp and get 700mgs of test a week..........so that's roughly 2.5CC's twice a week 500mgs per shot....
