Definitely a minimum of 10 weeks and I wouldn't bother frontloading.

i just run mine the same dose for 12-14 weeks

run same through, but you might want to increase the length of time though, usually you wont notice anything till 4-5 week

deff.run the same amount the whole way through and for a longer period of time.
EQ is one of my favorite drugs in my cycles.
