  • not getting bigger?

    Has anyone come accross certain people who take longer to gain weight? Or don't gain weight at all? Im on my 6th week of sust350 from pvl taking 1cc and 1/2 weekly and nothing dude's!! I've gottten somewhat stronger not much but no size im still the same, you would think that by now I would have gotten bigger!!

    I work out properly,eat right Im even taking protein shakes on top of all this,I dont go out partying I sleep well daily.... What can be wrong? Can anyone give some advice? And I know the shit is good!! not fake.

    everyone is different.. i'm on a cycle right now of 750 test e and 600 eq with 100 tren ed and 100mg of winne and i'm losing weight.. wtf right.. but i've upped the cardo and my new job make me walk alot so even at 3000 cals ed i'm still losing wieght.. the real question you have to ask yourself is how is the muscle size coming and how much water are you caring.. if your water goes up and down that will make your body wieght hit all over the charts.. so if the strength is up and the size of your muscle is bigger than just be happy..

      Here is the thing I drink lots of watter a few litres a day my size is looking the same and weight might of gone up about 3pounds max so....I dont feel like its working on me, is that possible?

        I have always been a hardgainer and very lean naturally so putting on muscle has always been a challenge. But as soon as I did my first cycle of just 300mg Deca for 10 weeks I put on 20 lbs. For me ( and you too probably ) I need to eat every 2-3 hours. Don't think of protein shakes as "extra bonuses" rather consider them essentials in your diet routine. During the day and evening make sure you eat a small meal every 2-3 hours which should consist of some kind of protein around 30-50grams, a card, and some type of unsaturated fat. If a whopper or big mak is all you can get then eat those. I really don't think it matters too much for hardgainers what type of calories your eating when your trying to bulk. Maybe try switching from skim milk to whole milk while on cycle. Trust me bro it's all about what you eat, and consistently try to lift harder and heavier every time you work out.

            You guys think its still possible for me to gain weight or should have it already started? is it possible that it wont work on me? I do eat every 2 to 3 hrs mind you it might just be a sandwitch or fruits but im always taking something avery 2 to 3 hrs

              If diet sucks it is very possible. You are gaining strength after all.

                  correct me if i'm wrong bro. some do take longer than others. gains should be kickin in about now. don't use 1 1/2 . use 350mg every third or fourth day. you're not giving the prop a chance to work properly using once a week.

                    Im actualy injecting 3 times a week 1/2 of cc at the time,Monday,Wed and friday. But usually it kicks in when the 4th and 5th correct? Im on my 6th week now thats why Im getting discouraged...

                      It will work if you get your diet and training right I bet. I just think it's a little off. Hard to say for sure without seeing a daily example but I'd guess that with some certainty. Actually, you could do what I used to do. Log everything until you get a handle on your diet. I used www.finesoft.com. No affiliation to me so no flaming please. Feel free to choose another if you know one.

                      Try to stay at or over 3500 calories with 300g protein a day. Drinking a protein shake with every meal will help you get there. Good luck bro.

                        A sandwich or fruits. Let's see, average sandwich has about 500 calories, maybe, fruits about 100-150 per piece.

                        You need around 700-800 calories per meal.

                        Until you do that, you cannot say this stuff is not working, especially if strength is increasing.
