Anybody use this supplement to increase metabolism. I read some interesting things about it. For example it is supposed to be a natural supplement that works the thyroid like the drug Cytomel. If anybody has used it what doses daily and do you think it actually helped?

Used it, works well. Careful, companies like Syntrax failed label claims on the amount that was active in their product.

I start SAN's Tight tommorow. It has the synthetic guggulsterones in it, which are supposed to be the best. I posted baout it earlier in the supplement forum.

i thought I remember reading somewhere that you take 20-40 mg for speeding up the Metabolism. i found a bottle that I bought a few months ago and did not use yet and it has 340 mg per capsule of the Gugulipid Extract (Commiphora mukul). The product is called "Gugulipid" manufactured by Progressive Labs, Irving Texas. It says Standardized Extract 340 mg vegetable capsules. What kind of doses should I be taking?

Depends on the percentage of the extract. Synthetic guggulsterones are supposed to be the best.

Doesn't say on the bottle I guess it doesn't matter that much anyway. I'll just take 3-4 a day.
