  • What do your meals consist of?

    Whats a normal days MEALS for you?

    Give some examples of what you eat, and what you snack on. I know some of you snack.. MMM Detour Bars..MMM 30g Protein.!!

    This should be a good thread to see what people eat and give some advice for newer guys, I fall in that category, that might find a few new ideas to get more protein and other food groups in their meals.

      I am cutting as of right now, about 6' 232 10% bf, here was todays menu:

      #1
      2/3 cup oatmeal (splenda and cinamon)
      1 TB Natty PB
      1 scoop pro-rated vanilla protein (added after cooking)
      2 whole Eggs, 8 whites

      #2
      4 slices reduced carb bread (about 28g carbs total)
      8 oz extra lean ground beef
      3 TB light Ranch
      large salad

      #3
      2 eggs, 4 whites
      4 oz chicken
      large salad
      1 1/2 TB light ranch

      Post workout shake
      25g/25g/50g malo/dext/whey isolate

      Same as #3

      #6
      6 oz top sirloin
      6 whites
      Lagre salad
      2 TB light ranch

      3/4 TB Natty PB

            As you can tell I love ranch, Hidden Valley's Light Ranch has only 80 cals per two TBs, mmm mmm.

              per 2 TB of Natural PB, its 16g of fat i believe.
