The reason for the negative feedback is because the diet is not healthy, not because it doesnt work. I have talked to many people from different boards who still regret using diets like yours because they can severly impact your hormonal profile even after they have begun a better diet. Since you are currently ON then you dont have to worry about it NOW but it can cause problems especially when trying restore your non existent T levels.
Could you please get into a little detail about why this diet is not healthy??? Because honestly I feel GREAT .....I have lots of energy.....no muscle loss ...instead lean muscle gain ....Bf droping gradually........I really wanna do my cutting diet the right way, because it is something very important to me.....

I would like to drop another 3-4% bf before june 15 [I am currently at approx 12%] and then the cutting diet will durn into a maintanence diet

thx for all the help/opinions and advises

Its because it is so so low in fats. Fats do a myriad number of things in the body. Especially good fats, like found in olive oil, are good for your HDL, which is a problem while on AAS. They also help cushion joints, and low fat diets lead to low testerone. Although it is moot right now, it could impact your recovery. I would put some simple carbs in your post workout meal, drop soem carbs elsewhere, and add more fat.

Plus i dont see 2400 cals in there, break it down on a post and you will see for yourself.

Pro summed it up well. Fats are far too important to be eating 20 or even 35 gms a day for any real length of time.
