fuck it!
I start the work out with a tiny bit of cardio a big 15min on the bike at level 7 running it at 95-100rpm.
When im finished I feel my legs pumped like hell, cant even walk.
Okay no big deal
its chest day.
I go to the bench, warm up,
then 2 plates, its ok
then 3plates, do 8 reps, DAMN!!!!!!!
my triceps are pumped like hell, hurt like a mofo and its like lil aliens that wanted to get out.
Took me 15min to come back to normal
finished my series.
Then to dumbell press, fuck it, just taking the Db out the rack my arms were pumped and didnt want to move.
So I says to myseld, fuck off. I go home.
So im going out, going up in the stairs my calve are pumped like fuck, that I had to stop on every damn stairs, people were asking me if I was ok.
then in my car, pushing the brake I was getting a pump
even now, typing I get a pump in my triceps.
