  • Weight gain

Hey guys I have a quick question. It will be two weeks this sunday on 400mg of test enanth and I have gained 7 pounds in the two weeks.(mostly this last week) I have really up'd my calories and food intake because I want to grow. I was just wondering if that gain is natural or mostly fat or just water. Here is my meal plan

    Meal 1:
    2 whole eggs
    oatmeal
    oj
    water

    Meal 2:
    1 turkey sandwich
    1 PB sandwich(Natty pb)
    Yogurt
    banana

    Meal 3:
    tuna or chicken
    potatoe or rice
    skim milk

    meal 4:
    meat
    potatoe or rice
    veggies
    milk

    Postworkout:
    n-large 2(only 3 scoops, 450 cal)

    Meal 5:
    Chicken or tuna

I also drink 1-1.5 gallons of water a day and I don't drink alcohol since I am on juice. I am just scared that I am going to become a fat ass, but maybe this is just water or normal. Thanks for your help guys.

You will gain a significant amount of water. Probably 5-10 lbs by the end. The rest will be mostly muscle with some fat. How much muscle sort of depends on you. If you're not scared to gain some fat, you'll all some but you'll add much more muscle if you're eating, training, and sleeping right. Your diet looks not too bad to me for gaining. I'd have a hard time with that many meat meals myself but hey if you can do it all the better.

With lots of mass comes some fat. You could add 6-8 egg whites to those 2 whole eggs

THanks guys, these are great replies. I am wondering if I have a chance to get fat with my calorie intake, which is around 3200.(More fat gain than muscle). I am 5'5" and I was 144 when I started. I just weighed myself and I am 150. I would like to here more replies so bump for more. My calories are pretty clean.

You're probably close at 3200 calories. Shoot for 3500 if you can. It's kind of splitting hairs I suppose but 3200 strikes me a bit low.

Make sure protein is high...I would say 250 grams a day.

Throw in a few more protein shakes, and add Flaxseed oil or olive oil into the mix, just some extra good fat for you that'll make you add the weight.
