  • Tren for cutting

You hear a lot about tren being a great drug for cutting, as it allows you to retain (if not add to ) your muscle mass. However, when I'm cutting I do a lot of cardio, usually running 5 miles 3 days per week. The problem is the calf cramps. Tren makes my calves lock up like I have shin-splits. I can't run more than about a mile before they just go out altogether. I love tren, but find it hard to use for cutting because of this.

What do people that use tren for cutting do about their cardio? Or, do other people not suffer from calf cramps while on tren? Thanks for any advice.

Do another form of cardio, stationary bike, or elliptical
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

I still get calf cramps on the bike, but I've never tried the elliptical (always just kind of laughed at those things. lol). I'll give it a shot on the next one. Thanks.

I get cramps also. I use the eliptical for my cardio.

They are an excellent form of cardio.

Are you taking any taurine? I thought that was a must whenever using tren or clen... try 3-5g a day.
Everything I say or do is hypothetical. I do not nor will I ever use steroids.

My calves cramp also, but i just started sprinting and it doesn't bother me at all. I think it is more of a paiful pump than cramps though. At least for me.

                      cramps

cramps in most juicers are from water retention.

when i got cramps i just decreased the dosages. i run 20 miles a week. studies show that after that, the risks start to outweigh the benefits. there are studies comparing endurance in athletes that run 20 miles per weeks versus 40; the result showed they had similar endurance.

so anyway, i can't tell if it's the tren cutting me up or changing my running from 4 miles/day post workout to 4 miles/day when i get up in the morning and workouts at night.

                      my 2 cents...

I can't stand running. It is too hards on the knees at least for me. All that pounding and pounding. But then again I am just over 400 pounds. Just kidding!

how does water retention increase cramps?

                              simple

                              simple...

water retention increases the volume of the muscles and the sheaths around them will only allow them to expand so much. that's why it's much easier to get a pump on the juice.
