        At 125lbs you just need to start eating about 5-6k cal per day. I bet you are eating less than half that right now. I'm sure within two months you will gain 10-15 lbs if you just start eating right. (correct quantities, correct times of days, correct type of protein/carb/fat ratios)

        A good mix for gaining weight would be 35-40% protein, 40-45% carbs, and 20-25% fats. Just re-work those numbers so that they are somewhere within those ranges. I'm sure with 5-6k cal and those figures your body will gain like never before. Once you gain 10-15lbs naturally then maybe consider hitting the juice. You will be more in tune with your body and know that your diet is on track.

        Next thing to think about is training. To gain muscle mass you need to be doing high weight low rep power lifts such as flat bench, incline bench, squats, dead lifts, skull crushers, bicept curls, etc. Weight is what builds muscles. Make sure you are getting adequete rest too. Over training will make your gains halt.

        Give us more information about your training and diet. I'm sure we can help you get everything on track. Don't exagerate about training or diet, because it will just make it harder on yourself.

        I know many people are embarrassed to tell us their real workouts and diets because they are not where they should be. That's why we are here to help. So just let us know.

          First I would take a hard look at your diet and training. When you finally reach a resonable platue naturally then you can think about some AS use. A simple test cycle would be great @ 500mg per week. 300mg deca/250mg test is also another great beginner cycle. Keep in mind , steriods are not a magic drug. Without proper diet and training , the most you will end up gaining is some water weight.

            i agree w/ wartime-u need to look at ur diet and considering u r only 125lbs u really need to look at ur training too u could be either overtraining or undertraining. also how long have u trained for. If u have been training but not eating enough protein u could take all the juice in the world and not gain quality muscle./But if ur gonna juice anyways make sure u have a reputable source and stick w/ any kind of test. Try some sust. It is a good mix of tests and if ur gonna take another cycle later u could use like enanthate or cypionate at the same doses but acheive some quality mass. Make sure u dont take under 500 mgs a week of sus or ull be wasting gear. And then when u take cyp down the road ull have a good dose of a long acting test. Ur recepters are clean now so its not gonna take much to gain. So if u took sus now ull get a short medium and long acting ester in ur body at resonable doses and then when u take cyp down the road ull gain from a good dose of a long acting ester. Think ahead but dont think that juice is a miracle pill-do ur research, and know what ur doing before u do it. I see too many people take say a d-bol only cycle and theyre traing /diet sucks they blow up like a water balloon and as soon as they come off they loose it.

              At 125 he doesn't need juice he needs a year round pass to every buffett in town, then go to one 2 time a day at least. He needs to get up to 150 or 160 before even thinking about juice.

                Serously guys,

                I'm a typical ectomorph (too much difficulties for putting on weight) : I've decided 5 months ago to do my first cycle :
                low dosage of Déca : no more than 200 mg/week + 250 mg Sustanon / week, for 10 weeks. Results I've moved from 120 lbs to 145 lbs, but with a hell lot of Food.
                I don't think I would have gained that much with foods only.
                One last thing, what's the danger of using AS with a low weight (125-130 lbs) ???

                  see my diet is like this. As soon as I wake-up I eat 2 eggs with a glass of milk, and after 1:30 h, I eat another egg sandwitch, then after 2h, I eat pure rice with ground beef, another 2h a sandwitch, then 3h after I eat another sandwitch, and I sometimes I eat before I got to bed, and I drink at least 2 litres of water everyday. I kind of started this diet around 2 monthes, but I don't see much results, I also take creatine, I forgot to mention that I smoke pot everyday, but not heavly, I smoke late nights. You guys are saying that I should take TEST, but I've never heard of it, and how much wieght will I gain with the proper diet exercise. When I work out, sometimes I over do it, I go to the gym at least 3 times a week.

                      you need to eat about twice that much and get 3 times the protein. You are also under-hydrated. drink at least 3 times that much water.

                          Um...like everyone else said forget about steroids for now. You'll just end up with a set of tits. 125 with a c cup. Now those are perfect stats. lmao. j/k bro

                          Just eat more. Much much more. I didn't realize people considered taking steroids before completely researching it and knowing what most compounds are. The shit scared the hell out of me before I knew all about them. Get your diet and training in line. Then come back to this idea in a year or so if you do not see any results. BTW stick around here...you'll learn a lot.

                                Man, ur a novice in this game. Where are the weight gainer shakes? Chicken? Tuna? Potatoes? U way 125 pounds!!!! and ur 22! how tall r u? I weighed 125 when i was 18 and was just eating. I don't think ur training is probably on cue either. You should be able to gain 30 pounds naturally with proper dieting, training and rest, I'm sure pot doesn't help gains either
                                Man I would like to see some pics, do u even have a base of muscle???
