  • Offseason bulking cycles......

    I had plans on competing again this year but there's too much other crap to do so I'm stopping my pre-contest cycle of fina winny clen t3 and I'm saving and planning for my fall bulking. I will do 2 fall bulking cycles this year since I have time. Then around next april I'll start my pre-contest cycle.

    1st bulking: Goal-Stay somewhat hard and put on lean weight.

    Weeks 1-12 100mg prop eod
    Weeks 1-6 100mg fina ed
    Weeks 1-10 400mg Eq. ew
    Weeks 5-12 50mg Winny ed
    Liquidex .25mg ed weeks 1-15
    clomid and ala of course

    2nd bulking: Put on more weight/eat clean/don't care about water retention will probably do cardio for this one.

    Weeks 1-10 Cyp. 750mg ew
    Weeks 1-10 Deca 400mg ew
    Weeks 1-4 Dbol 40mg ed
    Weeks 1-15 Liquidex .5mg ed
    clomid and ala

    Protein on both will be around 275-320 grams per day, Carbs around 400. Will start first cycle with stats around 5'7" 192 10-12%bf. Suggestions welcomed........

      have you ever tried a long one? Also your firstone isnt really a bulking cycle IMO but you should attain some nice lean mass. I would add more prop maybe 100mg ED instead of EOD. Also i would say run the eq at 600mg EW. How many cycles have you ran in the past? Your second cycle looks nice but maybe run it a little longer like 12 minimum prolly 16 weeks. What are you looking to comperte at? Also anyreason you want to stay hard on the first cycle and really bulk on the second? Seems like youd want to do that the other way around maybe...

        How big are you trying to get? With your current stats and those cycles, I'm guessing you're not shooting for heavyweight or above? I'm going to start my first "heavy" bulker in a few weeks, I'll be around 180lbs and 8% @ 5'4" when I start, and I plan to get to 220+ by xmas with no more than 12-13% bf. I'll be running basically the same stuff as you but with a bridge, no real time off. Your cycles look fine though, well planned, moderate doses. Happy growing!

          Yeah, I'd agree. I really like your second cycle except the duration. The first one I don't know if I'd be doing drugs like prop and winny if it were me. Just my opinion though.

            Josh, I really just plan on putting lean mass on both cycles, the second one i'm shooting for more weight but I still want to stay fairly lean carbs and protein will be high but it will all be clean. Now that I think about it I may actually bridge the two together.....any suggestions ?
            BigD, I'd like to compete in the heavier side of the novice middleweights and do national collegiate middleweight next year. Last time I competed I got down to 153 at about 3.4% Don't ever want to be that light again Eventually one day I'd like to be in the heavies but thats about 4-5 years down the road.

              Well, agreeing with everyone else, your second cycle looks a little more "bulkish". Personally, a EQ/Test based cycle is incredible for bulking, but you gotta run it for a while, like 12-14 weeks. EQ does wonders, especially with increasing appetite, but it takes a while to kick in. Hope that helps a little...

                #1 looks like a good cutting cycle. #2 looks great for mass.

                    Well, if you bridge the above two, thats OVER 24 weeks on the juice. That seems awfully long to me. To be honest, I've never had a problem keeping my gains on when coming off a cycle. I just make sure to use clomid, eat right, and still work out. If you want to add a little bit of a cutting cycle to the end of your bulk, I'd suggest something with winny, maybe some tren or test, and just cut your calories and really pump up your cardio.
