      I have heard 10 ml - 1 hour before contest.

      But I would like to know what is in it, is there side affects, should it be used or not used in conjunction with certain drugs???

        I have seen the same thing about 1 hour before contest, but i cant find anyone who seems to be able to answer any questions about it.

            No known drug or nutrient interactions associated with AMP (the ingredient in Sythelator).

            With intramuscular injections of AMP, some people develop chest pain (but not cardiac-related pain) due to the tightening of the muscles of the chest wall.

            When intravenous solutions are given too rapidly, there is a risk for shortness of breath and dangerous heartbeat irregularities. If these occur, the administration should be stopped and restarted at a slower rate.
