I have been trying to find out the same thing, its hard to find anyone who knows anything about it. -
I have heard 10 ml - 1 hour before contest.
But I would like to know what is in it, is there side affects, should it be used or not used in conjunction with certain drugs???

When intravenous solutions are given too rapidly, there is a risk for shortness of breath and dangerous heartbeat irregularities. If these occur, the administration should be stopped and restarted at a slower rate.
