  • Keeping gains post CUTTING CYCLE.......?

    This is only my 2nd true cutting cycle, all of cycles have come while bulking or maintaining. What I am thinking about right now is this - if someone uses anabolics to maintain muscle while on an extreme cutting diet, keeping themselves in a anti-catabolic state as best as they can, while still dropping weight, mainly body fat, but some muscle, very little hopefully, what can be expected come post cycle since you have not put on pounds and pounds of muscle your body is not used to holding. I can understand everything behind losing gains after a bulking cycle, after putting on say 30lbs of muscle and water, but what is there to lose after a cutting cycle, when you havent put any real muscle on, youve jsut help keep what you have? Do you put yourself in danger of losing muscle still, even if once you have stopped all anabolics you switch to more of a maintaining diet rather than such an extreme cutting diet.

    It has me thinking.

    Well I'll tell you what, I just got off a cutting cycle and I feel that I have lost more of my gains than when I bulked. Sure some of this has to do with me screwing up my post cycle but, keeping that real lean,tight,cut look is hard once the tren and winny are gone but with a bulker the worst I saw was that I dropped alittle water and leaned out a bit.

      well bro u wont look hard and tight... u are gona loss strength too...

      im thinking of doin a dbol bridge after my cuttin cycle though... im gona stay on 10mg dbolz for 8 weeks post cycle...
