I need help with Injections sites...........

I remember i used to inject my tri's and work them out the saem day, the only thing was that I was gonna wake up sore as hell.

Yea, Juice is right, wont hurt you, may be sore as hell, but no damage.

I shoot everyday and i shoot it into the muscle group being worked equally in each side one hour prior to workout. Gets it flowin real nice into ur bloodstream. However you will be extra soor in that particular muscle the next day but u'll get used to it.
