Re: Needing some ideas for a stack
As far as an app I have used sparkpeople you can try that but you have a hard time logging supplements there. I use pen and paper.

I'm gonna start buckling down with my nutrition and I usually sleep at least descentOriginally posted by guns01 View Postnutrition and sleep are the most important part of the equation. that's where the magic absolutely happens. doesnt matter how great your training is or intricate your cycle and supplement protocol are. without the other 2 everything else is useless and should be at the top of the priority list.

Once you start logging everything. You will be surprised how much or little you are eating. Even log your condiments. It's not easy. It's a pain in ass but if it was easy everyone would look like guns01.

Train at minimum an hour a day, not really tracking calories too much. Try to stay away from carbs other than quinoa or brown riceOriginally posted by Uncle Ric View PostIt's less about macros than total calories. Then macros. Re: Needing some ideas for a stack
not flaming you by any means but if you are at 25% bf then i would be less concerned with dropping a little muscle. that's the walking risk of dying without even adding in the health risk of a cycle. that's for starters and that bf is way way to high.Originally posted by beardedmenace51 View PostWhat's a good number for my macros without sacrificing muscle building

i would start at 3k cals with a 40/30/30 pro/carb/fat and go from there. losing 1-3lbs per week would be ideal and any more than that increase cals by 300 until it slows down. if it stops then you put to much in. that's just my opinion but i would get my fat under control well before i worried about anything else. the cycle is just going to compound health issues you may see

That's what I was going to say its almost all diet that dictates how lean or fat you get.Originally posted by guns01 View Postdoesnt matter what you run point blank period. diet and cardio are the only part of the equation that is going to strip fat off. stick to the basics on every aspect and you will get where you want to be. no need to get fancy. test only and suffer
