I am just getting started and was looking for some advice from some more experienced vets. I am just going to begin my first cycle consisting of
week 1-10 300 pvl deca , once a week
3-10 upjohn winny every other day.
... do i need to add Proviron to these to see the most benefits??
My goal is to stay lean down while maintaining my muscle mass.
I am 6'3" 220 about 11%BF so have a great base but looking to get shredded. I know cardio and diet will play a huge part but just want to know if i am going in the right direction. Any advice woould be great.
