Some men get both and uprising of testerone and estrogen not in the proper proportions when they hit puberty, and get pubescent gyno. Nolvadex should help, along with proper diet. I would try some Lipoderm-Y i believe its called, topical Yohimbine HCL which is an alpha 2 recpeter antagonist, which could possibly help spot reduce the estrogenic fat. i think 1fast400.com has it.

Hey Prolangtum (big cock in spanish)

Is there a problem wit running too much nolva if signs of gyno are not present? Wouldnt it be wise to run 10mgs of Nolva with every cycle regardless of proness to gyno or signs of it?

If you are not prone to gyno than I do not recommend running nolva with every cycle, it does have a negative affect on gains.

That is speculation mostly; you will gain less water weight that comes with the estrogen, that you'd lose after the cycle anyway. If you're just going for strength, don't do it as the extra water will help there...

Otherwise, it does have the advantage of keeping bloat down, and helping your lipid profile.
