Tell him to continue working out and dieting. But yes on that cycle hopefully he is on some type of anit-e or he really could possibly develop gyno.

Start at 40mg /day for a week, see if things get better; then drop to 20mg /day.

I think most are 20mg/ml (check to make sure yours is). So 1CC/ML = 20mg; and 2 CCs/MGs = 40mg.

Don't shoot it in his mouth with the needle on.... draw air into the syringe and remove the needle and squirt in mouth, or squirt into something else that he can drink (I think people say it tastes nasty, but I just use the pills).
