There is a difference between sustanon and omna.....I can't remember which ester it is I believe it is a difference of one ester....From research I have done Omna has more sides and water retention than sust due to this ester

they do not have the same compostion the brand name sustanon has the rights to that compostion...OMNAS are not the same I know 100%...and omnas are much more redely faked....

I've HAD both amps, and used them, in my past cycles. Recent batches too. Exact same components, exact same effects, sust is more pricey, neither one is worth the price. Go with straight enth or cyp, it's cheaper unless you're going EOD and have a great Omna source And again, THEY ARE THE EXACT SAME NOW!!
