aspiration and blood in the syringe

what must I do if after aspiration if there's blood in the syringe?

i've had that happen to me too, the fuckin' blood looked like, well has any one seen "blade" when they pull a tube of wesley's(blade's)blood, and it fizzes and turns in the vial?that's what it looked like. and also i had to shoot up with the same pin i used to pull deca into the syringe from 2 deca bottles, so it was more or less like using a nail, oouch!
