When and what did you notice when it kicks in?I now its hard to tell what is doing what when on a few different drugs but what did u notice 1st and how long until u did?thanks

The first week I noticed I slept better..........my skin had a glow.......in the next month I could tell I was leaning out more without adding more work to my routine.

I never felt it "kick in"........except for the severe joint pain that lasted about a month..........pain so bad I thought I'd have to stop taking it. But I tuffed it out and now I will never stop taking it .....as long as it's available and affordable.
