Since adding T3 to my current cutter, I have a feeling I am losing some muscle, even while on 100prop EOD. My strength has went down a tad and ive lost about 8 lbs in 2 weeks. I dont want to add any carbs right now because I dont want to slow my cutting process down, but I am thinkin of adding more protein. Should I maybe add 1 scoop of isopure to every meal? The other thing is, I usually add fats from natty PB later in the day, fat is still good while on T3 correct?

I ramped up to quickly to 75mcg and stayed there for about 5 days and then went up to 100mcg which I am on only my 3rd day. I will give it a total of 5 days at 100mcg before starting to drop back down. I had planned on running it longer but I hadnt felt like I was losing any muscle until I hit 75mcg.

your basically breaking down your muscles by lifting on an empty stomach, your extremely catabolic. I suggest drink half your shake about 15 minutes prior to working out, do cardio after the workout.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

Seems like you are a little catabolic...Maybe back off cardio, add some extra fat for yer body to chew on...It is harder to maintain muscle tissue when you get down into the single digits of bf. that thyroid hormone will really kick yer metabolism up, so I wouldnt worry --too-- much about a little extra fat. good luck-----+++DrugFree4Life+++-----

I lost about 20 pound of muslce using t3 a month ago, you can go back and check the post.
Here is what I would do?
1) Do test everyday not eod
2) make sure your getting atleast 400 grams of protien. Try keeping track on fitday.com
3) Adjust your cardio, try with only a couple of days a week then adjust up or down.
Otherthen that you look fine.
