Assuming you have no signs of gyno, start about 2 weeks after your last shot. And yes, take it everyday, I prefer clomid, and taper the Novla 40/20/20 for 3 weeks.Comment

Yeah YJ's giving you dosage for post recovery use of nolv.
If you want to use it to cut back on water retention, then use something else, like arimidex, femara etc.
Nolvaldex can stop gyno pretty well though if you actually are getting signs of it, and is most often used at 10-20mg a day for the rest of the cycle once the signs are there(after a few days of high dose 40-60gm/day when gyno is initially found).
