Bulking for 10 weeks and cutting for 4 weeks or so with clen. This is a long cycle to take advantage of equipoise. The Primo is for cutting and to minimize sides on a long cycle - it's not for bulking - I don't expect to get bigger after week 10 just harder and leaner.
