OK here it goes.. i have a 10ml bottle of this and 150 1ml dart's... thinking about doing 4iu's before and after workout in the morning.. with 4iu's it,s 22marks on the jacket and 20 carbs and 80 proteins????? 5on/2off for one month?? and is it true that a guy can put on 2lbs aweek on this stuff and machine has helped me out alot with this but what are some of the bars(name brand) that you have around to help from going hypo... with schwartz labs in 35g of proptein powder it is 6g of carbs and 24g of protein.. but i'd like to have some bars around work if i start to feel flat..
