hey all, Ive been doing my research for a 1st cycle . Id like to be able to keep 10-15 lbs with minimal bloat or side effects. Im 45, 6'1" 195 17% bf. whats agood single as I hear takea test alone alot ? what kind? and what to take to keep it do i need anything to restart my own test production? whats for gyno? I know its a lot of questions but when i bagan , i didnt even know what to ask . thanx alot

test cyp or enth @ 400mg/wk/10wks
maybe some l-dex to help with bloat
clomid post cycle 2 weeks after your last shot for 3 weeks (300mg day 1, 100mg days 2-11, 50mg days 12-21)
definitely should be able to reach or even surpass your goals with a sound training and nutrition plan...

befor you start anything read as much as possable....start with the ASprofiles fourm there you can find out about clomid(get your balls back), also look up novladex(for gyno) this is a start....
man im on my 1st cycle and thisis what i have learnd so far...hope this helps

500mg of test(any would do good)
200-400mg of eq as well
throw some ECA, Clen or Xenadrine with this cycle...
and have your post for recovery and have your lab work done too...drink plenty of water though, like 1.5-2 gallons a day if you could, that way you'll be hydrated well...good luck

just finishing week 3 today ......good so far a lill puffy from the d-bol.....but no biggie......im 5'10 just over 220.....like 17%BF
rally no toto bad just a lil love handels.....i was 209lbs three weeks ago......i dont think i have pu ton 11lbs of muscle maybe a few....mostly water proly ...but friends are telling me im lookin big so thats all goodStuck in the Desert.
